There is no special offers of hotels provided by organizer. Please
check any available option in booking.com or other sites. In Tallinn
everything is reachable by taxi in 10 minutes and by price approximately
5-10 euro.

Please use for taxi service Bolt or Yandex taxi app – they are trustful
and cheap, just download them from Google Play.
